The car is 'ticking' over @ 1200rpm or so (as opposed to 900rpm ish). The holes left when the wedge was removed were filled with rivets, everything seemed ok, flap closed ok, moved ok, just when it went back together it ticked over too high?
Can't see any split hoses, SFI box sitting tight.
I also got the engine management light on as I drove home!
Not sure what else to check.
