Need some input from those who are well clued up on the theory of exhaust and getting the gases away from the engine most efficiently..
It's sort of hypothetical but if you could gen me up that'd be cool...
The 3.0 12V engine has 2 downpipes which run into 2 x 1.75" exhaust pipes.
These 2 pipes run to one middle box each and then on to a single backbox (2 pipes in, 1 out).
So... if the downpipes were made 2 into 1, giving a single pipe to a centre box and on to a backbox, what bore pipe would be required to improve the gas flow over the original twin 1.75" pipes??
