is the xe crank the same as an LET one?
the xe one is from a G reg astra mk2 and the LET one is from a late calibra turbo, which one to use?
i also have a paddle clutch that is totally fecked after only 5000miles of normal driveing, the standard one (which i put much more power through) is fine after 25000miles and it was slipping too!
it has also caned the flywheel and the pressure plate after only a short time, there are parts of the "pads" that have fallen off, they are all cracked and it shows heat damage in the form of rainbow colours around the pads on the paddle clutch, there are some major tramlines on all of the parts
should i contact helix and ask them WTF is going on here or is this damage to be expected after this much mileage?
looks like the car has no chance of makeing PV this year now....
