Ages ago (1 year+) I bought a 2nd hand Courtenay Chargecooler which I figured one day, when my car was back on the road, I'd fit.
It was cheap and I'd probably had something to drink too.
Whats the chance somebody has a copy of the instructions they could scan for me, or is there already a nice howto somewhere?
I'm sure I've got all the bits:
Header Tank (which looks like it mounts to the accumulator bracket)
Electric pump (no idea where it mounts)
Ceramic Fuse (??)
Radiator (possibly mounts in front of the water radiator to the slam panel?)
Pressure activated microswitch (I presume to set off a warning light if the pressure goes. ie. pump stops)
Loads of hose to connect it all up.
Chargecooler "radiator" (which has to fit between battery and head but doesn't look possible!)
I'm sure its all quite straight forward but I'd like to be 100% sure I'm trying to squeeze all the bits in the right places!
I also need to fit the dump valve somewhere in the same area! HELP!
Hm.. can aluminium be powdercoated? If so I think I'll ask Miles to do the header and chargecooler, as aluminium is a pain to keep clean.
