i'm at about 205bhp with standard cams at the moment.
from your list above, the power cap would go, the cone filter would go, the courtney group N chip would go. you would be replacing all of those parts so its not like you are adding to the cars power, you would effectively start from a clean slate (presuming 150bhp).
bhp would be between 180 and 190 depending on the state of the engine. in hindsight i would do an engine rebuild before increasing its power. even if its done like 100k and doesnt smoke and its a goodun etc etc etc, the bodies will start eeking out little bits of wear, showing the cracks so to speak.
i imagine a fully loaded gte16v with bodies would be about equal with a stock cav turbo. cant really comment as mine is about 150 kilos lighter than a stock gte16v. its quicker than a stock cav turbo and about equal with a phase2
