    C25XE camcover gasket price ?

Does anywhere sell these cheaper than Vauxhall ? They quoted 56 for the four.

Thought it worth asking here first.

Thats what i thought when i originally asked for both of them & they quoted 28.

They produced 2 gaskets which each bank has for each cam, hence there are four all in.

    Autovaux!!

    But they are crap gaskets.

Better off fitting Vectra cam covers and binning the plastic vcover.

I'm not sure if those X25XE types will fit under the C25XE inlet manifold though ?

They do. But you won't be able to fit the plastic V6 cover over the top.

The gaskets, and there are only two of them, one per head not one per cam are 18 each from autovaux. This includes the small rubber o-rings which go between bolt holes and cam cover.

    C25XE with X25XE cam covers.

I meant the genuine stuff is crap, just a bad design for a gasket.
The 4 pot and X25XE gaskets are much better.

The Vectra/SAAB Covers fit fine, they are the same as the Cav/Omega ones except they are recessed between cam caps.
