A is the water pump
B goes to the left heater matrix hose
C represents the stub on the end of the XE cylinder head (not pictured) that goes to the right heater matric hose
D the upright stub goes to the header tank lower hose, the large end just above D joins to the lower rad via the lower rad hose
E goes onto the inlet manifold
other than that there will be a small stub at the passenger side top of the rad, that goes to the upper header tank stub. radiator top hose obviously goes from teh thermostat to the top rad stub. thin coolant hose on the inlet manifold by the altenator goes to the small upper stub on the header tank (16v only, T into the larger upper header tank hose on nova header tank) via the banjo front side of the throttle body.
yeah, i have two B's and no 'D'.....I am gonna use a mk2 2.0sri pipe that i have....it has the 'D' which i can connect to the header tank and the spare 'B' will just have to be blanked off.
The mk2 heater pipes connect into the two 'B's normaly, is it best to use one 'B' and the 'C' now with the xe? Hope this makes sense to someone!....
Also, i will need to T-in the small pipes from the inlet manifold to the mk2 header tank somehow....anyone know where i can get some T connectors?
