Just a couple of questions. When taking the fuel rail of a 2.0 16v apart from the normal few bolts and disconneting the fuel pipe, is there anything else i need to check for?
Also stupid one i know.
The throttle cable is connected to the fuel rail by a braket. Is it just a case of prising it out of the braket as it seems to want quite a bit of force and i dont want to snap the cable inside. Any tips?
Also, removing the cam cover, simply a case of removing all the bolts form the cam cover?
Silly questions, but its my first go at taking a few parts off of the XE.
just lift it out yeah
erm other qns...put a cloth down and press the valve on the rail to depressurise the system if it needs it
and yeah take off all the bolts (long & short) and it lifts off (or if you are brett it takes an hour of battering it with a hammer and lump of wood lmao lmao sorry man)
