adjusting a fuel regulator....
How do you do it?
My car is running quite rich and i was wondering instead of paying a rr to do it, could it "try" it myself?
Its a FSE Turbo regulator if it helps?
Cheers for any advice
not really a good idea to mess about yourself if youdont have accurate emmisions checking equipment( lambda reader or similar) and a turbo car will often be set up 'rich' anyways
but if you want to adjust it, turning the allen key in the top (under the 13mm cap nut) anti clockwise will reduce fuel pressure and hence lean the car out
I no what your saying
I'm going to have ago because its really rich, i'll tun it half a turn at a time and then drive it for a bit to see how it effects the engine.
