Engine end. Its fairly easy but dpending on how big your engine is yo may find access is a problem. Pull the cable out of its clip an then turn the small plastic bit at the end to shorten the length then just keep trying.
stick something under the clutch pedal, so that its as far up as it goes, this will give you plenty of slack to twizzle the adjuster (after removing the circlip)
I think winding the white adjuster towards the front of the car (anti clockwise) will make the pedal go closer to the floor. Be careful though, cause i adjusted mine so that the clutch bit about 1 inch from the carpet, which was ace for quick shifting, but then i noticed i couldnt get into reverse at all, had to adjust it back slightly.
