    Anyone got pictures of 2.0 SEH engine

    Has anyone got any pictures on the net of the injection unit of the 2.0 SEH engine the one that went in the 2.0 litre cav SRi. I after one either on or off the car basically the size of it.

    That'll be the same as the Astra GTE 2.0 8v engine then.

    the 1999 mk3 would not have an SEH.


    what exactly do you mean by "injection unit"?

    Thanks for the pic. yer I just want to compare sizes between the 16v and the 8v complete manifold/plenem chamber casting as I am using the XE engine in a kit car and have not got the space for the oringinal one between the engine and bulkhead. Thinking along the lines of modiflying the 8v sri one to suit the 16v head if its slightly less bulky. Can't afford throttle bodies

    If you can't afford throttle bodies, get some twin dcoe 45's.

    Yer I did look into carbs as that is definiatly the easiest way to go I was told when using the XE I can run a dissy from an astra 1.6. I might still go this route but I would prefere better fuel economy and cold start fueling
