I've had a leaking radiator for ages and finally got round to fixing it. I now have a leak at the back of the engine either coming from the water pump or the pipe going into it. I wonder if because the pressure of the system is now higher due to the fixed rad that the pump is struggling?
Either way, it is time to change the cambelt and I hear it's a good idea to do the water pump at the same time.
Can anyone give me an idea of how difficult this is to do whilst keeping the lump inside the Nova?
Could anyone also let me know how easy it is to tension the cambelt after fitting, and should i get hold of the special tool to ensure it is tensioned correctly?
