    Exhaust problems.

Can a dud back box ( jingles when you shake it) and a small blow from somewhere in the exhaust system cause a decrease in engine performance.

    Thanks.

    Simple answer: Possibly.
A new one is less then 30 (from Vauxhall!), so if it rattles replace it anyway.
    They're there, in their room.

Well its not noticable blow, but i only found out when it went in for the MOT, dont want to replace it for a standard exhaust, maybe gettin uprated.

sounds like a perfect excuse to ditch the standard and get an aftermarket one and then you face will look like this when you floor it
