Ok i`m getting mixed opinions on this one, the story goes, my enigne is a 93" XE running with a Ported n Polished Coscast Head, Janspeed 4-2-1 manifold, Full powerflow zorst with de-cat, standard air box with moded cold air feed + K+N Panel, Magnecore leads, Bosch plugs and breather mod.
I`ve been offered a powerchip from collins Performance at £100, is this gonna make any difference at all? Is it worth the £100?
The guy at collins who is supposed to know what he`s on about said i would also need a power boost valve, and then setting up on the rollers, having already tried this (without rolling road set up) and had bad results i am sceptical in trusting the guy.
Next question is, whitch i could do with knowing regardless, is where is the ECU located on a MK3 cav and how easy would the chip be to fit myself?
