once they figure out how to transfer data from the hdd on my elite to the new 360 ill be getting one.

Im sure a 3rd party MFR will invent a cable to transfer the data, what ive seen it looks just like a standard sata interface so a couple of standard Sata cables + xplorer360 should do the trick.
Failing that, use a USB pendrive to transfer the small stuff and just redownload the rest off the marketplace then do a licence transfer so the content works for all profiles used on that console.

I am tempted to get one as the piano black finish will match my TV and stand (as it will most peoples lol) but I've just upgraded my Xbox Premium with a 250GB hard drive so no major rush.

Na, not a chance. Granted I dont play games all that much anymore, but when i get home from work i cant be arsed to stand up waving a fecking stick around pretending its a tennis racket! Wii's and natal are novelty toys; great for when all your mates are round but far too much effort from playing on your own. Never the less its probably the only "gadget" ive looked forward to in years, so hopefully it will actually work (unlike the 1st Wii remotes)

Later chassis are quite nicely refined from what I've seen so the X-clamp isn't as destructive, the system looks the same but without a GPU and an added PS3 style fan, doesn.t look any smaller than a traditional one, still need bigger res pictures to make it all out, the internal wifi is a redeeming feature provided it doesn't **** up like the normal rear mounted ones do.Just found this New 2010 xbox 360 250gb xbox 360 system

Don't think i'll bother! Already have an elite and premium, don't really need any more hd space, as media is streamed from a server, the 120gb in the elite isn't even full (a few games installed/downloaded) Although, it would look better under the tv
Will still be getting kinetic tho! motion tracking on it looks amazing, and my kids will luuuurve it
Just to add, not massively bothered by wifi, as the cables are already there in trunking along the skirting boards! pffff would have bothered originally if the wifi add on wasn't $100000000000 dorrars

Yeah those wifi adaptors are terrible, aside from just dying for no reason, if you take yours round a freinds who has the same SSID on their router it just plain wont work.

The racing games are certainly advertised as sitty down games.
What i was refering to is "will motion tracking kill off traditional gaming?", which imo it wont. Yeah im well looking forward to a go of it, and will probably enjoy it for a few days, but other than when you are all pished up and laughing at each other waving your arms around like fools it will be a short lived novelty, much like the Wii.
i mean they will target a lot of games at it wich will impede the greatness they once had for eg... forza 4 is going kinect...

yeah glad I can't open it then if it's gotten broken over the space of 24hrs lol gonna have a look at those links now, I'm guessing the knowledge of the valhalla being produced but lack of pictures of it were down to this release.

You on about Natal (Kinect) if so they've been refining it for years and there's plenty of youtubbe vids on it, it's like itoy on the PS2 but so very much more accurate refined and up to date.
