Headphone Adaptor

Anyone know where i can get one of these?

3.5mm - 6.35mm headphone adaptor (standard small headphone size to standard large headphone size)


But configured like this, with an elbow and lead...

(^This one is a 2.5mm - 3.5mm for PDA's and Nokias etc, no good for me)

Its so i can use my DJ headphones in my laptop while the laptop is still in its bag/case. A standard straight adaptor sticks out far too much which stops it fitting in the case and also increases the risk of catching it and damaging the sound port on the laptop.
