| I pod's Its coming up to the missus' birthday, and she's been babbling on about wanting a docking station for her (now old) Creative Zen Sleek, but, after some research, they dont seem to exist.
Arse.
So, plan is as follows...
Buy I Pod thing for birthday, then get docking station for crimbo.
But, i have no idea what to get, she wont use it for anything bar music, so no photo's, video's or anything flash, think hers is currently 2 or 4gb, think anything bigger than that would be good.
Biggest thing on the list is that it must be compatable with a decent docking station, one that it slips into, not hangs around with a wire hanging out of its arse.
So, ladies & gents, fire away with suggestions, i'd prefer it to be less than £120, anything around that would be ok, but must be a new one.
Cheers for the help.
Anyone with any good (look nice & sound ok) docking station ideas, fire them this way too please!
Ta.

| Re: I pod's Also, there are plenty of speakerdocks that you can buy for the iPod. Just go to any consumer electical store and you'll find loads. As for a dock to connect to the PC, Apple make one that you plug the cable into the back of, and the iPod sits neatly upright
Good luck |

| Re: I pod's I've got an 80gig Classic, it's pretty big, I've got about 2000 songs on it, + about 7 movies and a few tv series & it isn't even half full. It's a little bulky, but anything smaller & I'd loose it!
The missis has a pink Nano, 8gig which she's filled, holds plently of songs mind & like me shes got movies etc on it too.
Nanos are about £90 last time I looked, classics about £150.
Get her a nano & she'll wonder how she ever listend to music before, there a million times better than anything else!
We've got a speaker dock from varphone warehouse, folds flat for travelling and sounds pretty mint whenypur using it.
