What does he want s-video for? I take it it will be for visualisations/VDJing. Surerly his setup has the facility for a digital input, or possible vga, as s-video is not the done thing, and for a very good reason; the resolution is crap. Id double check this requirement if i were you.
Otherwise any PCI-E graphics card with s-video will do, assuming it meets the recommended spec for the application he is using. | |

update...got a 45 quid one from p-sh!t-world...had s video and was pci so is perfect as it fits the budget
