Eastern Region @ Billing 2010

OK guys and gals, it's 4 weeks to Billing!

Lynsey and I will be there from Friday afternoon to make sure the Eastern region gets a good spot and the infamous Eastern gazebo is erected!

Plan for me is pub grub and a couple of beers on Friday night for my birthday, all are welcome.

Essentials for the weekend:

Car
Tent
Warm/summer clothes
Chair(s)
Car polish/cleaning kit
Sleeping bag(s)
Sun Cream
Torch
Money (ATM on site)
Drinks (Alcoholic if you wish and soft)

There are various food stalls on site as well as pubs/restaraunt but I shall be taking a double gas burner and a BBQ so if you take food, it needs to be in a good cool box or else fill the bugger with ice from the onsite shop.

I dont know if the car pass is needed unless you are showing the car, I am planning on taking the Skoda loaded with the camping gear and parking up behind the stand out of the way and just paying for a weekends camping at the gate.

I'll be there Friday - Sunday. Camping and parking with MK3OC but will come and make a nuisance of myself with you lot at every opportunity.

I think you'll be paying standard rates if you do that Brian (£50), best call Billing up before the end of the month and get the VBOA rate (£30).

As far as i'm aware, yes. You may be able to get VBOA prices on the gate, but you may not and £20 buys a few beers!

Thats cool chap. I just re-read my reply earler and realised it was a tad harsh, I meant a stand pass as in display! Cars will DEF be allowed to park at the back as per the norm if they are non vaux.
