i have a large dent in my rear quater and was wondering if there is anyone around suffolk/ essex area ???

If it is a large parking dent that has not damaged the paint, but looks like it could push out then try a company that can do just that without having to repaint the area. Usually about £60 a panel (Unlimited amount of dents per panel) and cheaper and better than having the bodyshop fill and paint it.

Of course if its accident damage you need the bodyshop.

Let me know if you need the number of a Dent remover in Essex, I know of one I use for all my cars.
