Its that we need to sort.

I was hoping to do it the weekend before christmas (19th or 20th) but my inlaws are gonna be with us all weekend.

Perhaps the weekend before the 14th or the 15th. Then I would like to know if people would prefer an evening party, perhaps on the Saturday, or a daytime get together.

Can you post a Poll Mark to see what is best. I think the 14th or the 15th would be best if its at mine.
