    hello from cambridgeshire

hello from deepest darkest cambridgeshire! i've got a couple of wip threads on the go, one for my mk3 cavalier v6 project and one for my 3.0 v6 omega elite, you may have seen them up.

i realised i hadn't said hi properly and thought i'd drop in and see what events are taking place in our neck o' th' woods. hope to be seeing some of you and your motors at some point in the not too distant.

Hello fella, remember reading about your omega in TV. Looks like a lovely example, wouldn't mind one myself though a diesel would do the job for my. My 2.5 vectra V6 is thirsty enough. lmao

    Re: hello from cambridgeshire

thanks all and thanks for the positive feedback re the cav. i'm a long way off of my 'vision' yet but taking my time with it and working towards it slowly and thoroughly. there is a school of thought that getting the outside sorted first is the way to go but i'm inclined to think what's the point of having a beautiful paint job but an engine that requires attention?! so the outside is the last thing to get attention really, until then the car can remain looking a little tired, but at least she'll be running as sweet as the proverbial nut...

lots of you seem to be in the PE postcode region, huntingdon and the like, not a million miles away from me either so if there's a meet in that neck o' th' woods any time soon i'll be up for that for sure.
