er not exactly sure mate, all i know is that i have 8 bent inlet valves and extremly short inlet valve guides, all exhaust side fine, apart from debris impalled into the head, ill be sending the head off tomorrow to see if it can be used again

my 2.2 went down last nite too not sure why yet tho, must be a mk 4 thing time, i just ad my chain replaced too,
