Eastern Billing Adventure II : The sequal!

Well, now that PV is over and done with, it is time to once again turn our attention to the great Vaux show... Billing. Last year (thread entitled : Eastern Billing Adventure : interestingly enough) we spent a bit of time on here organising and had a fantastic show. I think since last time though we can probably count on almost double the number of Eastern Miggers turning up so a bit more organisation needed me thinks (sorry if im stepping on your toes Dan, just trying to be useful ).

Now from memory, the following people have mentioned to me that they WILl be going on Friday (7th) through to Sunday (9th) :

    Myself (strange that!)
    Dan (DRIZZ)
    Brian
    Mark (MWCAV)
    Nickos
    Chris (SpinBitch)
    Andy (A2!)

This leaves the rest of you horrible lot to get on board. See here for signup availability :

    http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/vauxh...6-billing.html

Now, one thing Id suggest is that we all meet up in a central(ish) place and convoy together. Makes perfect sense, we do this more or less year in year out so nice and easy. If we meet at a supermarket (like last year) we can pitch in together and buy food etc. I suggest £5-£10, any thoughts on this? Means we wont run out of buns!

Also, who has what camping equipment. No point buying disposable bar-b-q's for example if we have a gas cooker, and Mark I seem to remember you have a marque. Id suggest that if Mark is kind enough to lend us his marque and cooker etc, perhaps he be excluded from chipping in for the food???

    Anyway, discuss everyone.
If you can't get into trouble you might as well stop at home!

You carry on Dave. Convoying is a must as we need to all park/camp together. As for equipment we need a football!

Right, im now looking for a tent. Does anyone going have a spare tent, or a spare spcae in a tent as I really cantbe arsed to fork out for a new one. Would rather spend that on beer for the person kind enough to lend me a tent!

Anyone? Its either this or im bunking down with Drizz in his estate.
