So we are meeting at Pizza Hut, Fosse Park at 7am...
Should get there about 8am... which is what time gates open - then get the strip tickets and start queueing... should be a wicked day with nice weather...

Its £9 entry per person...
then £13 for a strip ticket - which allows you to run the 1/4 mile... unlimited times - all day ticket... "Gates open 8am, sign-on from 9.30am, track open 10am, weather and track conditions permitting"

#43 | | Guest | i ran Rupeans car down there, hes just had a 2.0 16v transplant yesterday... he didnt want to take it down the strip......
- so I did instead ... never done it before - it was cool!
and got 17.6secs... it was very enjoyable...
I raced 'Raz' off the board in his Cally 16v... he beat me and got 17.4secs... NB: I had never driven Rupeans car before!!
My second run i cocked up on - and got 19 something... god damn F16 gearbox ... wheelspan in first, tried second - would have it, tried again - still wouldnt have it... so pushed it into 3rd... and no power....
