not sure what it was out of, it was in a nova race car before it went into the cav and had a rebuild, 8k miles ago, gas flowed head ect. thinks its out of an astra but couldnt be sure.
but if you say black top most people think of ecotec engines not 20xe (red tops).

well the cav its in has done 168k miles, but engine was rebuilt when put in to it 8k miles ago, it goes really well, just worried about the bits of white smoke coming out of the engine when after its up to running temp.
XE's do run bad until warmed up enough - its a common thing!
if you bring the red cover to the next meet that would be great m8.
olly you will only understand when you have got one!!!!

thing is it dont run bad at all, its very quick, no loss of power as far as i can tell and no flat spots, just smokes a little all the time from the zorst, it has a f16 box so can stay in 2nd, 3rd, 4th gear that tiny bit longer.
