Rolling Road Day Set...

Right lads,

As the title says - the Rolling Road day is set!

Now, all i need you to do - is tell me whether you ARE or ARE NOT attending, and whether you are going to be running.

Date: Saturday 30th November 2002
Venue: Northampton Motorsport
Price: £25 per run...... Free if not running

Please be sure that your car is in good working order, ie tyre pressures ok, enough oil, enough water, enough petrol

As above - if you can't make it - or do not want to - just say so

I only need DEFINATE attendees as the numbers are crucial.

oh, i forgot to mention...

once i get the numbers, Total Vauxhall have agreed to cover it if enough people are interested...

They have note this day in pencil for us so far - we just need the 100% definate numbers...

Please feel free to come along just to watch - thats fine...

Just need the numbers one people actually running on the day!

Right - just to let you all know...

We have been on the phone to Total Vauxhall and they have GUARANTEED to be there if we have 15 or more cars running

The list of 100% definates is below

Now, there are 2 people organising this event - Myself, and another chap...

He also has about 6 definates so far...

I have a meet to go to on Sunday, which would gather another 3-4 cars running...

I have now handed over the numbers, and it turns out we have about 16-19 on the rollers, which is great - TV will be there covering it...

List from the EastMids MIG Lot are:

i'm afraid thats all the spaces we have now people - other friends are more than welcome to come along for the ride etc, or the possible chance of getting a run... but WE have priority.

it's a case of: the other club (co-organiser to me) is on first - then WE are on, then 5 people from the Leicester VxlSCC.... then if there is any time - people can by all means have a run - but ONLY after us
