    Arrow Joint VxSCC/MIGWeb/AOC meeting dates 2008

    The following list is all the VxSCC Derbyshire regional meeting dates for the rest of 2008. They are all on the second Sunday of the month so easy to remember.

    We have decided to open these meets up to MIGWeb and Astra Owners Club as there are members of both forums who want to get out and meet fellow Vauxhall enthusiasts.

    If you would like to confirm any of the meets please PM me to check.

    VxSCC Derbyshire Region - Local Meeting Dates for 2008.

    Sunday 9th March
    Sunday 13th April
    Sunday 11th May
    Sunday 13th July
    Sunday 10th August
    Sunday 14th September
    Sunday 12th October
    Sunday 9th November
    Sunday 14th December

    The meets start at 3pm but someone normally gets there earlier than that.

    Location:
    Peacock Hotel, Oakerthorpe, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7LN.

    Driving directions:
    The Peacock Hotel driving directions. Travel up/down A38 until Alfreton Junction (A61). Exit A38 onto A61. Take next left onto A615 signed Matlock. At next traffic light junction take a right following A615. The Peacock will be on your left after about 200 meters.

    The April meets been bought forward 1 week. So....

    It's THIS Sunday. 6th April, same venue.

    Thought i'd post a few pics up.

    Just the normal die hard VxSCC members turned up (well it was snowing)

    Didn't stop one brand new Astra Nurburgring getting a run out.


    Plus i got the Lotus Carlton out for it's first regional meet of the year.

    The next meet is 9th November from 15:00 if anyone fancies a relaxing afternoon meet.

    This is a family pub so no problem bringing the kids but please remember no silly driving, reving engine or wheel spinning...it's not big and it's not clever so don't be stupid.
