Anyone Up for a meet/Mince?

As many are aware my v6 has died, What i am after knowing is anyone up for a mince/meet to fix it

I need to source an engine, might go with a 3.0 or just put a 2.5 in. Anyone know much about the conversion any info would be most appreciated.

I dont have an engine crane, so if anyone has one that would be brilliant.

I'll supply lots and lots of Tea and Coffee and get some biscuits in

Hoping to try and get it done either nxt weekend the 17th/18th or the weekend after 25th/26th

Not removed a V6 before but as it's FWD it ain't gonna be rocket science.

i am going to be looking at a runabout car in the next few days or maybe nxt week, but ideally i would like to have the car sorted by the end of the month.

I sure as hell cant help this coming weekend or the one thereafter, however I have no need for the crane so even if you just wish to call up and borrow it thats fine!

3rd/4th march is a possability.

May not ba huge help with mechanicals, but im usefull for heavy lifting!

P.S. - I know someone whos selling an engine crane with one of those cross bar thingys for £60 if you want one to keep?
