a meeting is potentially a good idea but some people will have to travel too far for a meeting

it wont happen outside an event thats for certain

and as coordinators are aware this isnt the sort of thing we should be discussing in public.

Just to let you guys know, June 30th, is World Cup Final Day, KO 12pm!!

Just incase its busy were you meet/people stay in to watch it!

Also, i may be within the Birmingham area at the proposed times (30th-12th) so i may pay you gentleman a visit if thats ok.

i will let you know for definate!

well people might look like Sunday 7th July 2002 might be the meet day as alot of people will be going up their local towns to watch it etc... turn out might not be as good...

Is the 7th still ok for those people who said they were coming?

BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF INTEREST SHOWN IN THIS MEET

I am going to explain a bit clearer... for those people who want the meet to be on Sunday 7th July 2002 please state...

for those people who want the meet to be on Sunday 28th July 2002, please state..

please DO NOT say "either one will do" or "dont mind, any"
this is causing delays in organising it, and i would like to know other members views on the date set...

The meet will start at 1pm (1300)... once we have a date... i can find a location...

I agree Neil, i do aswell - i thought more people in the East Mids area would want a meet.

so people, i say the 7th July aswell so thats

i have been really busy with my new car and haven`t been on mig much so soz for not replying sooner yes the 7th is ok but depending how things go with the new car to whether i actually make it, coz of holidays etc but i will try honest.

This meet has now been put back to the Sunday 28th July...

This is AFTER Total Vauxhall at Pod, AND after Billing...

Sorry for all the messing around, but after calling a few places - other meets of different kinds have there meet on the first Sunday of every month already...

Hope to see you all there - time to save for petrol... and time to book off that day in your diaries...

Yes, this meet is still going ahead...

the first venue has been confirmed as Fosse Park (behind Pizza Hut)

as this is soo soo much easier to get to, a bigger space, and we need not ask anyones permission... only stopping to meet each other and show each other cars etc...

then we are off to the "spot" to meet DazCav and the West Mids Crew!
