Hi mate i did post some pics up but you might have missed them. The car is doing ok at the mo and iam really pleased with it, i wanted to put a xe in her but due to insurance probs i thought against it. But i also wanted to stick with the original engine mostly because not many people tune these 1.4's its all xe's and let's i just wanted to be a bit different

i am down the pod on sunday if your coming down. Heard alot of people might be going so if your going i hope to see you there or anyother guys on here. Anyway i havent got full spec of whta i have had done or my proper rolling road printout i am supposed to get it friday but we shall see.
Basic spec is
Engine= 1400 8v 1600 gte head skimmed ported and polished, newmann road rally cam (power band=2500/6500 rpm, rebuilt twin webber 40's (twin linkage setup), irmscher inlet manifold, facet electric fuel pump/ regulator, new waterpump, new alloy radiator, rebuilt bottom end with arp bolts and new shells, sportex full sytem with 4-2-1 manifold. But theres more stuff to but havent yet got full spec
Oh and f13 gearbox out of a corsa gsi
Suspension= spax 40mm springs on front and back and bilstien shocks on front
Brakes= twin vented discs (i think

), 2litre 16v calipers.
Thats about it really got loads of things to do i wanna get front and rear strut braces and get the front seam welded. The body is still not to my liking front door has started to bubble after being sorted and imperfections in paint when my new rear arch was put on. But other than that its ok soz for ranting on but its my day off and iam really bored weathers crap and theres nothing to do hows the astra doing
