I've been very busy over the past 2 weeks with my new job and lack of msn/email access there.

At the moment there are no fixed plans so I'd like the EM memebers to give me an indication of numbers etc so I can start making plans.

As for the venue, I'm open to suggestions. I'd like to go somewhere accessable for everyone who wants to come but understand that this may not be possible.

I'll nominate the 'Bulls Head' pub in Breaston as a possible as the food is good and I get a discount for everyone. Plus its only 5 minutes from my house

Anyone else care to recommend a place and I'll check it out..

    Cheers,
    OP

PS - Trig - Away on MSN means AWAY mofo, not my fault your only on msn when I'm working hard. Tried to reply as soon as I got home but you were off line

Sounds like a plan! count me in..

Got a christmas meal with the Aeroplane lot at The Huntsman Carvery in Dunchurch (near Rugby).. we went last year, the place was fantastic!! hence returning this year!

This Bull place sounds cool, discounts a bonus!! YAY! Anywhere round there to stay? Thinking about the alcohol lol!....

Any info on the dates/menu Trig?

I can get the Bull sorted this week if no other venue comes up. The Bull are offering a traditional Christmas meal or their 2-for-1 offer so there's a wide range of choice.

What dates are best for everyone? I was thinking beginning of Dec (kinda merge the Nov/Dec meet into one)

Was away this weekend chap, not been in the pub since the middle of lastweek..
    Will have a look 2nite..
If the most of people are from further up your way then the Bull sounds good to me, no point loads of people travelin down here if ur all up there...

    Re: Xmas Meal?

    Evening all,

As time is ticking on and we still don't have a set place or time I've decided to go with the Bulls Head in Breaston. After the last meet/meal there a few months ago I think its probably the right venue for the job. I'll be getting a date sorted ASAP. I was thinking about the first two weeks in Dec, probably a Saturday?

Is this OK with everyone who's interested in coming? I'll be booking a date fairly soon to save a spot for us..

For the people traveling a distance or those who want to drink and not drive there are plenty of cheap B&B's in the local area.

The list of possibles so far is:

    OP + Liz
    DonkeyOaty +1
    Gaz
    Trig
    Sassy
    sb_scottmonkey

Please feel free to add you name if you would like to come. I'll need a 100% list probably by the end of next week.

    Cheers,
    Neil.
