East Mids - October Meet (Laser Quest)

Hi all,

Thought its about time I start the ball rolling for our next monthly meet and seeings as our joint meets are such a success I'd like to open this to other regions who may want to join in.

Right down the the nitty-gritty.

The venue will be:

Quasar Nottingham
22 Cranbrook Street
Nottingham
NG11ER

I'm looking at booking a 2 hour slot on a Sunday afternoon just for our group. Now, if we get enough people attending we can either split into groups/teams or have a mini championship etc. There is a maximum limit of 30 people allowed for this and the more we get playing the cheaper it will be. Looking at the initial costs the 2 hours will cost around £15 per person (with 30 people attending) or slightly more if we have less bodies!

I'd will be arrange a prize(s) too.. For either the highest score on the day or winning team etc

As we are limited to 30 on the day I'd like to get peoples names down ASAP. If we don't get the numbers we need I will open it up to other people to attend.

So, if you would like to go please add you name to the list below. As I need to book and leave a deposit I will take a count on Friday 1st October and start asking for depoists ASAP afterwards. The initial date for this 'meet' will be Sunday 31st October (around 2pm)
