Think the best bit for me had to be the poor unfortunate A-hole in his Rover 220 GTI "Turbo". I had the misfortune of having to listen to him bull****ting about running 260BHP and gettig low 13's whilst standing in the que waiting to sign on.

Anyway watching one run he got the marshalls to sweep the starting line and put the antislip down for him before he would run, then later on he goes again and got about 10 yards before the bottom campulley seperated from his car and the engine blew.

Bad luck chap. Even your own son didnt know where to put himself whilst you were bull****ting.

Apart from a cold biting wind it was a bloody top day, it seemed everytime I was in the que my car was seen as a warm "haven" and evrytime there was even space for half a backside someone else would pile in, think I had about 7 people in the car at one point, 4 in the back and 3 in the front, I beleive there is photographic evidence of thislmao

A good day, my car ran well all in all though it does need another service and I think its time to put the front tyres on the rear

Certainly is a good buzz especially when yo get a better run and you just "Know" its a goodun before you even get yer times. lmao

although...my best run to me, didnt feel like my quickest.
think it depends who your racing against.

if your racing against a skyline which is doing 11secs, and your doing 16s, yet you get your best time, it wont feel like it. if your running with a car which is more or less so even, it feels quick.

think next time il be in those 15,just need some tyres which a A not over inflated ,and be have tread,

I know you should have stayed, and yes you would have beaten me considering your was stripped further (I got bored stripping mine) and you have 178bhp, aviation fuel and smaller wheels.
