Bangor Racing with Fireworks 2nd Nov

    Righty,

Time for our annual trip to the Bangor racing at Standlake Arena.

We're gonna go for the meeting on Sunday 2nd November which is the Under and Over 1800cc Bangors which is followed by Big Bang Fireworks in the evening.

Cost will be £7 per car, there is food and drink places but i'd advise bringing something to munch on as one of the women serving isnt exactly human

There is plenty of room for all our cars and we usually have a few visiting members from other regions for the day.

The day usually starts at around noon with approx 30 races during the course of the day, Demolition Derbys usually finish off the day in spectacular style

Fireworks follow the final race and as far as i now are included in the price, will confirm as soon as i know.

Location and directions are as follows:

Standlake Arena is located approximately 10 miles west of Oxford, and is on the A415 Standlake to Witney road. It is well signposted from the roundabout at Ducklington.
If you are traveling from the South, come up the A34 and Turn off onto the A415 at Abingdon (Marcham Interchange). From the East and North - M40 onto the A40, on the A40 Witney by-pass turn off at Ducklington onto the A415 towards Abingdon. For West Country visitors - exit the M4 at the second Swindon exit and pick up the A420 to Oxford, left at the Kingston Bagpuize onto the A415.

Lets have a roll call, plenty of notice for this one so no excuses
