I want to hire garage space

I know this should strictly be in classifieds or something, but I'm really asking if anyone knows anyone in the Leicester/Derby area renting out storage space. Around Loughborough or Hinckley. Barn, garage, old henhouse, factory space, railway arch, I'm not bothered as long as it's lockable.

I need something big enough to put a couple of cars in (length or widthways, doesn't matter). Ideally with electric as I want it for doing repair and bodywork. Anyone?

There's at least 2 units going cheap on acton industrial estate, Long Eaton (closer to you than Derby!)

The 2 units opposite where JNC used to be have recently come up for rent
