**Posponed Until Billing**Central Pre-Billing Meet -- 21st June

We were discussing if it was viable to have a meet before Billing, which is on the 10th, 11th, 12th July.

I think if we were to have a meet the best time would be the 21st June, at the normal place, obviously numbers will dictate whether it goes ahead.

Not being funny but if people are backing out (in traditional Central style) I have plenty of work to be doing on the Nova to get it ready for Billing

Not being funny either but at times I feel like I am under pressure to attend every meet or I am frowned apon, don't want to feel like that and I am sure others prolly feel the same. Wheres the loving in this region.

mate, there are people in this region that have been here longer than you and don't go to every meet...yet...want to stick there car on the stand at billing for central. Its a known fact that this region has a very poor turn out and can't be helped.

There are a few of us that are hardened central members that will attend most meets, in the end we have asked how we should do meets, should we split the region ect, ect...and nothing comes of it.

So don't feel pressured mate....it just a strange region...lmaolmao

Oh yes...and johnnya scares a lot of people away.

We do however make for one of the best region stands and layouts at Billing, this year we have a few tricks up our sleeves

All clubs are the same, people don't turn up for meets but do want to go to the shows, they pay their 15 quid to help the club run and if they want to just turn up to Billing then surely that's up to them, being negative isn't really promoting our region meets it just makes people not want to go in case someone has a pop at them for only going to Billing last year and not being at a meet...

That's my point.

Hi, I'm new to MigClub, I don't know where the normal meeting place is, but I probably wouldn't be able to make it as I'm also running a bit skint after spending all my money at PVS. But I would be interested in going to Billing. You might have seen my lonely green Corsa Sport at the start of the Park 'n' Pose cars at PVS, would have come over to introduce myself, but I wasn't sure if my membership stuff was ever going to come through?!

Okay lets pass on the meet this weekend, and got for a good one at Billing. I've now got the Gazeebo of doom, and have a half day so should find space to erect it!!
