Can I remind all members to download, complete and email back the events form which I have mentioned many times before.

This downlaod is available in the Member Chat forum. This needs to be emailed back to tom@migweb.co.uk.

For any non members who wish to attend, you need to join before you can access the form and then do the above.

For both members and current non members the cut off is 2 weeks before the show.

PS can I again request people do not arrive till 3-4pm to allow me/dave plenty of time to mark the area out, and get the marquee people in first.

We will be there saturday and sunday just not staying over.

May spend one evening / day with the TC boys though and one evening with the MIG crew to stop me bouncing between the two camps like last year.

not hard to get a good turn out when the event is held in your back yard and most people from the central region probably live in caravans anyway..... btw how much are your tent pegs?

as me and emma are not camping but coming over, do you guys need my big bbq dropping off, also i have the gazebo with new stronger central join due to it snapping last year.

Yeah i think that'd be good.

We're gonna bring a bigger tent this year, so we can do gazebo and bbq duty. Not sure if there is much point doing the meat order this year due to numbers, although if people say yes, then we can do something, although running out of time.

I can drop the bbq off and if i was you, if you need meat then you have tescos up the road which might be cheaper and easy for the amount you are purchasing (me and emma can always pick some up on our way if you need some)
