Re: New car

Must be a Y reg or 51 reg or later 2001 model to be the 2.6 model.

Re: New car

Its an R reg ... owner told me its a 2.6v6 , maybe its just a 2.5 v6 then

plans ... supertourer or gsi bumpers , put the 19''s from the omega on , or thinking of getting VXR 19''s in white and putting them on

Had a lot of mods done to it aswell
De cat pipe
Gsi roll bars
Revised steering rack
Regal Lightened flywheel
mintex brakes
Toad full closure alarm
F23 Gearbox but not fitted.... is it worth fitting???

picking it up on wednesday and will get some better pics then

Will Be At pv as im now selling the omega ...
Also whats a fpr???

Re: New car

Thats the 2.5, you can tell as it has cable throttle, whereas 2.6 has fly by wire throttle.

The car is a prefacelift, with facelift 2.6/2.2dti front bumper ad facelift rear bumper and side skirts.

I think the car would have an F23 or F25 as standard, probably best to stick with whats in it.

An FPR = fuel pressure regulator - uping the fuel pressure helps get rid of a few flat spots on the v6 map.

Preface lift cars have two peice headlights and indicators and the boot lid and rear lights are different.

On facelift cars they have one peice front lights and on the boot there is an extra kink all the way along thay ties in with lines on different rear ligths.

Re: New car

ive put them on the omega... looks very silly lol even the 19s looked small on them

tbh there crap... not the wheels just the way the previous owner treated them... the centre caps have had about a litre of glue just to glue them on and theres glue all over the wheels...

Not if you then treat it.
Why not stick the old wheels on?

Re: New car

What size tyres do you have on the wheels, if they are omega size 235 series then maybe you need 215 or 225?;
