    Central chat...

Been having a look thro the central area noticed you had a rambling thread thats not been used since last year. With it being quite large thought it might be good to start a new one???

Or is this just a stupid idea

Well so far I have my son for most of tomorrow and I think Bex is going to chill on the sofa.

We haven't got any other plans yet.

    You?

Is your progress likely to be that great like the nova wiring loom?

See, I think the problem with this region (being the biggest on MIG) is the lack of posts. People post...majority ignore.

Sort out the lack of member posts, I think you'll be a long way to sorting out the meet attendances. This seems the hardest region to integrate into, no wonder Nickyboy gave up his position!

cheeky fella...lmao lmao all done mate, never do wiring when shattered, cold and needing a curry...also you know the parts you re-wired..we had to re-wire them as the wire colours changed again in the engine bay to something different...flipping pain..

It needs to be split...i have already said that i would co-ord the northants area..will have to see if anything happens.

    I agree...but with Bex being a co-ord I've heard the argument against a split.

I still think it should be split though...maybe a Central South and a Central North.

tbh Aylesbury is a long way for us to come for meets!

Same here North and South would be good...but what arguments are against a split if it is in the intrest of the club and keeping/gaining more members and faces at 'local' meets.

Cant we still run a central forum, but have 2 meets?

Keeps the forum side large enough not to bore, meets close enough to attend, then we all group up at the big events???
Jap and Turbo on its way :-)

you could still have the split but every 3 months you could have a group central meet...

We've always said it should be split.

As Andy said its a hell of a trek from Brackers, even for me its best part of an hour even with Aylesbusy being pretty much the centre of the region.

With more local meets and now this forum open to non members we should get numbers back up, the reason the last central chat went dead is beacause this are was members only and nobody posted lol

It is a trek, im at the top end of northampton and its quicker for me to get to the eastern meets as im on the northants/hundington boarder.
