Yeah, I put a list up with every members name on it from the spreadsheet, basically saying, 'if your name is here, reply with yes'.
After about 2 months of it being up there, we had 25-30% of the members, and of those only 5-8% turned up to meets, which are the same % that always had come.
We've tried paint balling, go karting, RR, Night out, cruise night, now the france trip, and the xmas meal.

It is a shame to see it all going like this as the meets we do have are flipping great, me and emma have a real good time with you lot and it would be nice for a few 'new' faces to turn up. As i see it i can't see any problems with what you guys are doing but just the lack of turn up is depressing and i can see why you want to stop, also the regulars that do come to the meets are from quite a spread out catch-ment area which makes it look thin on the ground. I hope something can be sorted out as its a shame to see things like this go wrong.
