Its the time of year again peeps so lets get organising.

We have 2 choices this year.

1. Toby Carvery in Milton Keynes
2. Toby Carvery in Reading

The reason we have 2 choices is that the majority of active members are in the South of the region (Oxford/Reading etc) so the obvious choice would be to hold it down this way and invite some of the South Central and South East lot like previous years. We do however want to give everyone a choice if they wish to attend but we're not going to hold the meal somewhere where 15 members have an hr or more drive just so a couple of members from North of the region only have to travel a few miles.

We have members who are very vocal when events etc arent held near them but then dont bother to turn up for them or to meets so half the time we're damned if we do and damned if we dont.

So the venues are above, please give us your choice.

The date is Saturday 2nd December at around 8pm, there is a Travel Lodge nearby at each each establishment if required.
