    Rolling Road results

Many thanks to all who attended today, was a bit of a low show due to lack of interest and some not being able to run at the last min but we had a good day and i think all went away pleased and a couple with soon to be emptied walletslmao

I think everyone has pics/vids to post up so i'll do a couple of threads where they can be added to. I have vids i need to edit first but i have to go to the Airport soon so it might have to wait a bit.

    Anyways results were as follows:

    Nickyboy - Astra GSI -- 157bhp-149lb/ft
    Nobbie - Astra GSI (standard) -- 256bhp-262lb/ft
    GSIJane - Astra GSI -- 142bhp-144lb/ft
    MrsP1Fanatic - Astra Cabrio 1.8 -- 126bhp-124lb/ft
    Darren Moore - Corsa 1.4 -- 121bhp- 97lb/ft
    Davescav - 200SX -- 211bhp-208lb/ft
    Adam - Cav Turbo -- 237bhp-252lb/ft
    Oddball from Mig - GTEEEEEE -- 208bhp-162lb/ft
    Mongo - Pug 306D -- 96bhp/142lb/ft
    Pudsey - SRI Turbo -- 258bhp-268lb/ft
    Beansgsi - Cav Turbo -- 219bhp-255lb/ft
JohnnyA - Nova SR turbo -- Didnt run due to major pinking

Thats the results, a couple of disapointments but nothing major. John had bought the Nova in the morning and drove it straight to the Rollers lmao

Huge thanks to Pudsey and TomH for coming from Cheshire, Adam for coming from Wales and Odders for coming from Kent. Typically Pudsey and Odds walked away with trophies for highest powerlmao Good one guys.

Now a few random pics form my phone

    How all days should start

    Janes GSI

    Amy Astra

    Taz's Corsa 1.4

    Nobbies GSI Turbo

    Oddball from Mig

    Top Turbo (Pudsey)

    Daves 200SX

    The Thing (JohnnyA)

Went for a meal afterwards, Adam fell inlove with the waitress after ordering a childs meal with free colouring book.

Torque is more or less where it should be, sounds like one thing is holding her back.

    reconnect the amal valve !

it was a tip top meeting for sure, big thanks to nickyboy.com. all went smoothly, good fun all round.

if anyone noticed a bit of white smoke out the back of astra on the rollers, the head gasket had gone ! went onto 3 cylinders on the way home puffing out steam like ivor the engine ! used 2 litres of coolant during the 100 mile trip home, POOOOP POOOOOOOOOOP
