Goodbye and Thank You Claire Hadleigh

    Guys and girls

I have been contacted by Claire with her intention to resign immediatly as RC for the Central Region.

I would like to thank her for the effort she has put in in the past few years and I hope the new found free time is very relaxing.

I would hereby like to open the debate to add a new regional coordinator or two, Nick has also resigned but he is not departing our company until the new year, so we have the need for at least two new coordinators.

I think most people know what the gen is with this, so applicants please drop there name below.

Please remember we have two parts of the C region, south and north and ideally looking for one to man the south, and the other person to be either one side or the other or in the centre.

If we have enough applicants for two both sides then we may move to 4 coords for Central region overall.

    Thanks for reading!!

    You illustrious leader.

PS please add in brackets which side of the border you are

I think Zoe would be a good co-ord, but would it not be better for someone from the Reading/Oxford region. The reason we split the region in the first place was to get numbers up by having a meet in the north (3rd week of the month), and south (1st week of the month)?
Not a dig, just a thought, if we go back to one meet a month in the north-ish region we'll not get that many, maybe we should alternate? .

running two meets was the way forward for getting more people together to get more people interested and not changing the meet all the time,. the more you shift it the less people will turn up

I still think having 2 meets is the best bet but i dont see anyone in the South of the region who could take over from me. Its hard enough gettin members to a meet let alone getting someone to co-ordinate the region. Looks like we have 4 people dropping out of the RR with a couple of days to go

Seems like all the girls are up for it, but none of the blokes.
Usually the other way round lmao

Even though I never made it to a meet, or met Claire, clearly she'll be missed. Nobbie (the only member I've actually met) has mega enthusiasm and would have been my vote, but clearly he's already got his sub-region so my vote is worthless

Sorry I can't help. But now I've actually got a Vauxhall which I'm confident is reliably, I'll try and get to a few meets.
