    Xmas meal at The Bell???

    They will never cope.

Personally not impressed with The Bell as a meeting venue anyway.

dude, you win due to the fact that your Mars Bar only diet leaves you weighing approximately 5 stone, and so improving your power to weight ratio by over 50% compared to other Central'ers.

    A couple of points.

The 2nd CC action day would appear to have changed to June 12th (to be confirmed).
Karting hasnt been arranged and we'll have a static meet on the first sunday anyways.

Banger Racing will be on 7th Nov incorporating the Big Bang Fireworks and racing to the light of the bonfire.

There will also be a random drive ending in a picnic/beach type thing if anyone has suggestions. I like the New Forest but bit too far south for us

Mavv - The christmas venue is still to be confirmed, as it will probably be joint with one of the other regions to make it a bigger event.

We may well look into changing the pub for another around the Stoke Mandeville area, but for now all static meets are planned to take place at The Bell until further notice.

Re: Central Regional Events Listing 2004

Instead of going to Banger racing, how about going to the fireworks at Santa Pod instead! Watching pikey's nick valve caps and seeing cars that look like Gaz's keep crashing is not as fun as watching 300mph Jet Cars at night with the afterburners on!

Also, anyone up for organising a RWYB session, there are plenty of fast cars in this region that I've never seen run the strip! Comon you guys, and especially Nick and Claire, we're all performance enthusiasts, so come on, lead by example

Also, why not try having a joint Xmas do with another region this year (south east or east mids or something)
No other suggestions tbh, but then, you shouldn't take any notice of what I'm saying anymore, I will not be renewing my membership as its pointless now I don't drive a Vauxhall. I still wanna come to regional events if you all let me and I'll go to national events and park in the public car parks.

I have advised dave that from now on we shall be going places in my car as I am a true vauxhall owner (Although I am well aware it is pants) but you never know that may change

Re: Central Regional Events Listing 2004

We had a word witht the boss last time, as ong as we order out food in advance i.e. when we arrive or sometihng then its not a problem. Its when we all lumber in and order at the same time as everyone else in the pub problems arise
