    Vauxhall Astra Mk2 2.0 GTE 16 Valve

    G Registered in 1990, covered just under 122K miles

    2.0 Litre 16 Valve Red top engine.

    These engines produce approximately 150BHP as standard, The engine has been left standard but they are easily tuneable.

    The engine has been serviced regularly & I have a collection of bills to prove (not main dealer)

    In the last few years that I have owned the car, I have fitted a new battery, Alternator & Exhaust Tail pipe.

    The car is very reliable & never let me down.

    Car is Red in colour with beige sports interior.

    The interior is all standard & in good order with only very slight wear on the seat bolsters etc, there is no tears or fraying.

    The Car has a Digital dash, Electric windows & mirrors, Central locking & sunroof, all of the electrics and switches work fine.

    The external bodywork is in excellent condition with virtually no visible rust, one of the rear arches has been treated for rust & repaired recently & the other arch is still original and is fine.

    (arches are a common Astra problem)

    I have looked at lots of Astras & feel it would be very difficult to find one much better.

    The MOT expires 10th March 2004, the tax expires the end of the February 2004, (6 months).

    The car passed the last MOT only needing a small bit of welding inside the front wheel arch & a CV boot replacing.

    I have all the old MOT’s backing up the mileage.

    The car comes with the standard Vauxhall 14 inch alloy wheels, which apart from the odd curb scuff are in excellent condition, all tyres including spare have between 4 & 5mm of tread left

    I am selling this car as I have decided to spend a bit more money & buy a Calibra.

    The car is available to view in Rochester, Kent.

    Its a shame its now sold aswell!
    Its sold to a mig web user too!

    why is it that it has been on the market for a month with no interest & all of a sudden, lots of interest & now sold!

    I wish I had three to sell, could have made some decent money!
