1.4 16v Corsa Sport T Plate. Unfinished project (usual story)

Please note the car is NOT a runner and will require trailering away!

Acquired this in a very convoluted way. It is currently sat up at the yard where I rent workshop space. I will not be getting onto it until New Year and with a LET and F28 pending for Silky and some DTH throttle bodies due for the other Corsa this really has to go.

Unfinished project and was bought as an unfinished project. Don't let this put you off. It really doesn't need a huge amount to turn a decent enough profit in my opinion/experience.

84K. Never been in a smash. Previous lady owner. Then Justin Fuller of Migweb sold to me as is minus an engine and mounts which I sourced myself.

The underside of this car has been completely stripped and painted gloss black just like the body work. No rot underneath. All wishbones, beams, heat shields etc have been stripped and powder coated. A chassis strengthening kit has been fitted and engine bay subsequently repainted to a high standard. It really is utterly mint in that respect.

Brake lines, fuel lines, fuel filter, etc all new.

The bonnet wants paint in my opinion. The sills and driver side lower section of front wing also want paint due to skirts having been removed previously and not refitted. They are not included with the car as I believe they were bonded on and no doubt destroyed upon removal.

Suspension is brand new Jamex stuff with a 40mm drop front and rear.
Rear wheels bearings and brake assemblies are brand spanking new.
Front brakes are 256mm stuff. Discs are brand new cross drilled items and callipers are refurbed.
Has got big block conversion hubs. Believed to be Mtech. All new too inc bearings.

A good working 1.4 16v X14XE engine with both manifolds and F13 box with loom is supplied with the car. It requires ECU/Immobiliser. A set of mounts are also included.

To finish the car it requires (off the top of my head)

Scuttle panel, front grille, paint as mentioned, shafts (and hubs if you go small block) exhaust system, hoses, header tank, a set of alloys of your choice, tyres obviously and then tax and test. ALL READILY AVAILABLE SECOND HAND!

Personally I'd stick to small block as big block XE'd Corsa Bs are just not selling and the 1.4's will be easier to insure, tax and sell. Just my 2p.

This will make a VERY good motor and I reckon there is a good £500 profit in this at the least if you play your cards right. OR a potential show car for the fanaticals out there. I'd be finishing it myself but got a potential buyer for one of my Astra GTEs and need to finish that as a priority really and there is only so much free time over Xmas for me to do so.

    £700 takes it all away.
    V5 and 2 keys present.
