ok this is a bit of a feeler ad for now.
let me give you some info, basically i have 2 astra vans, one doesnt run, but has a flush tailgate, opc gsi rear bumper, gsi skirts, a aftermarket front bumper, gsi brakes, lmf coilovers, 2 omp fixed buckets and harnesses, omp steering wheel, and 8*17 TSW imola (old skool)
the other is a W reg ex window cleaners van that has a c20xe lump in it, with the cams reprofiled to stage 2 and webber 45's bolted on top, this van is being delivered back to me on saturday for me to strip all the parts from the other one onto this one, both vans are white.
then its being sent back to the tuning company to be setup and completed, it still has the oringinal exhaust on it, which i was planning to change to a 2 1/4 21/2 system. little bits i know off are a vacumn pump has been fitted for the brakes, and i think he wants to run a bias valve for them too. im sures theres a few more little things but ill know more next week.
so basically a tidy looking van with a serious engine in it.
i will get pics up over the weekend once we have done the swap over, from memory the van in question is straight and has no dinks or dents in it, the back will be stripped out, and the front oem apart from seats and harnesses and steering wheel if i can find the boss lol.
a set of wheels have come up which i want for my everyday car, these are £2500
so basically thats what id hope to get fo the van! lol
i appreciate this thread is crap without pics but just trying to test the water, oh the van has had full service, new cambelt etc while being built, i unfortunately do not know the mileage on the engine as the previous owner didnt have a clue and tbh. i bought the van as a standard xe powered van and the cams and carbs have since been fitted by a reputible company so i am sure everything will be in good working order and nicely setup.
just read the template thing, its in Bedfordshire, im looking £2500, for now contact can be thru here till i make the final decision, which willl be best done after the weekend.
