Hi folks
Well I have spoken to the wife today and we have agreed we would like to get something a bit newer than the ST and given that my heart lies with my beloved Cavalier Turbo the Vectra is now officially for sale.
The car is no 36 and as many of you will know she has been enthusiast owned for most of her life.
First registered on the 13th January 1999
Mot'd until August 2012
Tax until February 2012
Mileage is currently 86993
There is a Vauxhall folder with the car however no service history was passed to me from the previous owner.
Since buying the car I set about changing the timing belt plus tensioners etc.
New GM alternator
New GM alternator belt tensioner pulley
New AP calipers, discs and pads
New GM battery
4 new Dunlop sport tyres
In addition I sourced some Mistral wheels an Irmscher upper grill and replacement GM lower grill.
The car had been off the road for around 3 years and didnt take very long to be back roadworthy, she passed her MOT with no advisories.
Specification is pretty much standard apart from the lightened flywheel, enlarged throttle body, 4bar fpr, Magnecore leads & a BTB exhaust. All of which were done before my ownership
The suspension is low but not harsh at all and the sound is just fantastic.....
Body wise she is in very very good condition I notices a small mark on the side of the bonnet and a small rust patch at the bottom of the arches where they meet the sideskirts, I am being exceptionally picky mentioning these but I would rather be thorough.
A few light scratches around the car too which I am confident with machine polish out.
Please note this car has been featured in TV twice over the years and was recently used again for a buyers guide to be issued next month.

Car is located in Irvine, Ayrshire and I am happy to meet potenial buyes from the local train station or airport.
I am looking to return the money it has cost me to put her back on the road so she is available for £3900 ono.
