ok ive made my mind up im selling the astra as next year my summer car will be the completed KIT CAR!

So the Astra is £600
PLEASE no offers guys its priced to sell and is worth around a grand in the summer
ive spent a little on it and the car owes me nearly £1200 but £180 of that was the brand new towbar kit.

i bought the Astra in March 2011 and have had some pretty good fun with it in the hot days we had this summer
its mot and tax is untill march, its fitted on on ****e 17" wheels that need refurbing but ive also got a few other wheels you might be interested in inc, 16, 17 and 2 sets of 18's
ive also got a set of lowered springs and rear adjustable AVO shocks ill inc for another £50

Its got a redtop that made 169bhp on a stainless steel exhaust, powercap and cone filer
its got
power steering,
ABS,
remote central locking,
electric windows x4,
electric heated mirrors,
PERFECT NO TEARS OR WEAR glass heated rear window electric roof and it works fine, roof dosn't leak and the cars not damp inside either
quick release snap off steering wheel boss and flat bottom steering wheel (inc is the standard air bag wheel if you don't want the flat bottom one)
its also got Recaros as it was the 2.0 version of the Astra cab
The brakes are all great as it is a 2.0 to start with and it has new discs and pads on the front

Normal bits
Theres a little bit of rust on the pass rear arch and a bit around where the roof meets the rear pass 1/4 panel AND BOOT PANEL ALONG THE SEAM BUT NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT AT ALL
theres a bit of an oil leak, bit of everything a 18year old car should have really.
water pump, cambelt and tensioners have all been replaced Feb 2011 by the last owner
new clutch fitted when the engine was fitted about a year ago (NOV 2010)



Its a perfect car for the summer.

I fitted a towbar as ive got a small RIB that i used this to tow, it will also pull my track car which is a 1000kg Nissan 200sx on a 820kg trailer with no effort at all apart from up the long hills on the A30 then i used 4th gear for a bit, but it will easy hit 60mph (80mph) towing if you give it some wellie up the hills if you want/need to.

anyway at this price i shouldn't have to try and sell it as its worth nearly twice this in spares plus you get the tax back if you were to cash it in.

its got gay angel eye front lights, Alpine radio cassette with cd changer in the glove box and electric Ariel THAT ALL WORKS.

there is no faults with the car apart from the drivers side front lower arm bush knocks a bit, it was replaced with a new arm for the mot but im guessing it wasn't a genuine one as its knocking now simple half hour to replace the whole arm at £30 on ebay or £5 for a new bush.
